Meditation is method of taking you down from your surface thoughts and feelings to a deeper level of inner awareness, where peace and stillness is the natural state.
There is no attempt to stop unwanted thoughts, just to start to become aware of them coming and going.

When you find your thoughts drifting back as they will, just refocus on the 'breath', 'mantra', 'flame' and you will start to experience silence in between the thoughts. That's the beginning of the magic . We start to distinguish between thoughts, breath and silence. This now allows for the possibility of silence as well as thoughts to be present.
A simple course of instruction, four sessions of about 90 minutes on each of four consecutive days, followed by a three month follow up program. the first session is always one to one instruction where you practice meditation for the first time, in the three other lessons, more information is given on the basis of practice at home. By the end of the course you will have all the knowledge and experience you need to meditate on your own, twice a day at home.

The first three months follow-up is part of the initial fee. It usually includes one meeting after about 10 days, followed by 3 or 4 more at regular intervals. Follow up meetings support you practice correctly and allowing the time for meditation to become a natural part of your daily life. This also provides deeper insite into meditation
£750 including instruction and supportive follow up meeting to deepen the meditative awareness, with as much personal attention as is required for six months
In order to offer meditation to everyone , concessions based on a fee equal to one weeks income is available on request.
